PAYMENT SYSTEM

G.T.DESIGN offers three payment methods which can be freely chosen: cash on delivery (EU only), credit card or Paypal.

Payment by Credit Card

Simply insert the details in the sections provided by Key Client. Check that the details of the aforementioned card are correct: payment will not be accepted if the details provided are incorrect. Credit cards accepted: VISA and MASTER CARD (no accepted AMERICAN EXPRESS).

Payment by Paypal

This will open the login page to your PayPal account and you can make the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can make your purchaseas an unregistered PayPal user entering the card details used.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT SECURITY

The products can be purchased online using the Key Client service that allows online payments by credit card: VISA, MASTERCARD and MAESTRO. The Key Client system requires the client to supply certain personal details, used by the Key Client S.p.A., for the necessary verification for online payment authorisation. The information is kept confidentially at the processing centre of Key Client S.p.A., Corso Europa 14, 24040 Zingonia ( BG ) G.T.DESIGN, on its part, guarantees that the credit card details will not be kept on file. This payment method allows Internet payments to be carried out in a completely secure way as all the data collected is protected and no one, due to the structure of the service, will learn of your credit card details as these are communicated to the Key Client only at the authorisation request on behalf of the company that issued the credit card. Shopping is thus secure. The user may check his or her rights, (provided for in Art.13 of the data protection act.) in full respect under provisions of the legislative decree n° 196 of 30 June 2003, on the subject of "Personal data protection"

DELIVERY

G.T.DESIGN. is structured in a such a way that the warehouse can proceed with shipment within 48 hours. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are processed on the following Monday, orders received during festive holidays will be processed on the first following working day. Lead time is approximately from 7 to 20 days depending on destination.
Request a quote for express delivery GTDESIGN or above the ground floor.
In any case, lead times are supplied only as an approximation and are not binding. G.T.DESIGN must not be held responsible for any damages resulting from a delay occurring during transport.

FREIGHT COSTO

Transport costs are based on the total weight of your order, as shown in shipping costs.

RIGHT TO CANCEL

The right to cancel is guaranteed by legislative decree 185/99. You therefore have the right to cancel the contract without penalty and without having to provide an explanation for a period of ten working days from the day the product is received. In order to return the goods, simply give notice of your desire to cancel the contract (indicating the payment refund method) by registered post with confirmation of receipt addressed to:

Within the same time limit you may also send an e-mail to: customerservice@gtdesign.it but you must also send confirmation by registered post with confirmation of receipt within the following 48 hours.
We remind you that freight costs, in the event of cancellation, are chargeable to the client and the goods returned must be intact and undamaged in any way so that the right to cancel can be exercised.

APPLICABLE LAW

All settled contracts are to be understood as having been completed in Italy and are subject to the Italian laws that govern distance selling, in particular law 675/96 and ministerial decree 185/99.
